Terms of Service

K2 CRM is a cloud-based system for managing leads, deals, properties, and follow-ups for real estate investors, operated by K2 Academy. We may improve, change, and add features to the service over time.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity in your account.
• Your workspace is isolated from other customers, and you control who is invited to it.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our consent.

• A new workspace starts with a 30-day trial, with no credit card required. Workshop participants may receive a longer period under the code they were given.
• After the trial, a premium subscription costing $12 per month is required to continue using the system.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store credit card details.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and no prorated refund is issued for time already paid for.
• If your subscription ends, access to the system is blocked, but your data is retained and available if you renew.

The data you enter is yours. We do not claim ownership of it, sell it, or use it to train models. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the service to:

• Engage in unlawful activity or infringe the rights of others.
• Send spam or upload information obtained unlawfully.
• Attempt to access another customer’s data or bypass security or access controls.
• Overload the system in a way that harms other customers, or reverse-engineer it.

A violation may result in suspension of your workspace, usually after notice — or immediately if there is a material risk to the system or other customers.

The service integrates with external providers, including Google Calendar and Stripe. Connecting your calendar is optional and occurs only after you approve it on Google's consent screen. The connection lets you view events and sync your tasks and follow-ups with your calendar. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Details about our use of calendar data and how to revoke access are in our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and working, but provide it as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.

K2 CRM is a business tool for managing deals, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Your business decisions are your own.

You may stop using the service and request complete deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms or nonpayment, with advance notice where possible.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will reflect the update. We will notify you of material changes in the system or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
